Oban Charities Day

Every year with the exception of lockdown during the Covid pandemic, Oban Lions organise a Charities day usually on the first Saturday of June.  They take over Station Square and erect around 25 stalls which are then let out to various local and national charities.  ABCD always takes one of the stalls and sells home made baking, plants and other items.  This is one of our regular money raising events and also helps to keep the name of our charity in the public eye.  We are always grateful for donations for the stall in the days leading up to Charities Day.
